Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager (M/F)
Role Summary
Lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations. Operate as the central point of contact for project governance, progress tracking, and risk management within a security-focused team.
Expectations
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and according to defined quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, project leaders, and security stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of security practices, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project scoping, requirements definition, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor milestones, and validate deliverables.
- Manage administrative prerequisites, approvals, and documentation.
- Produce dashboards, KPI reports, and status updates for PMO and executive reviews.
- Facilitate monthly Security Run Committee, project steering (COPIL), and SOP workshops.
- Conduct project closure, compile minutes, and perform post‑implementation reviews.
- Support continuous improvement of security governance and incident response processes.
Required Skills
- Proven project management experience in cybersecurity (minimum 3‑5 years).
- Knowledge of identity and access management, privileged accounts, certificate management, and system authorizations.
- Familiarity with Security‑by‑Design concepts for open source, cloud-native, data, and network environments.
- Experience with security dashboards, flow protection, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and client‑service mindset.
Required Education & Certifications
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, or Project Management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CISSP, CISM) preferred.
