Job Title: Learning & Enablement Content Intern Role Summary: A 6‑month internship focused on designing and delivering learning modules, courses, and micro‑content for an e‑learning platform. The intern will transform strategic briefs into engaging learning journeys, validate content with subject matter experts, monitor engagement metrics, and support related communications initiatives. Expectations: * Launch 3–5 learning modules on the e‑learning platform within the first 90 days with measurable engagement. * Own the content development process from brief to final delivery. * Maintain a strong collaboration rhythm with internal stakeholders. * Contribute to at least 2 internal communications or social media projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create learning modules, courses, and micro‑content using AI tools and the organization’s e‑learning platform (70–80% of time). 2. Translate strategic briefs into clear, structured learning journeys that align with transformation goals and brand tone. 3.
