**Job Title:** IT Project Manager (ServiceNow)
**Role Summary:**
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT investment projects for a Tier 1 investment bank, focusing on the enhancement and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across global offices.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to business requirements.
- Build robust business cases and ROI models for project prioritisation.
- Maintain clear communication with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
- Coordinate budgeting, quality management, and release documentation.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, PMO, and global liaison teams.
- Oversee deployment, release coordination, and status reporting to C‑suite executives.
- Manage internal and external resources within a matrix environment.
- Conduct vendor management, including contract negotiations and SLA oversight.
- Identify, assess, and escalates project risks, issues, and assumptions.
**Required Skills:**
- ≥10 years delivering IT projects/programmes, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation or enhancements (configuration, workflows, reporting).
- Strong grasp of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder and senior‑executive engagement abilities.
- Effective communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT operations and financial market products (advantageous).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification preferred (APM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, etc.).
