Director, Head of Strategy & Architecture – Digital
**Role Summary**
Senior executive responsible for defining, communicating, and delivering the global technology strategy and digital transformation agenda across a large financial services organization. Leads the modernization of the technology ecosystem, oversees architecture roadmaps, and drives innovation in infrastructure, platforms, and service management.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and evolve the enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
2. Develop and maintain global architecture roadmaps to modernise platforms, infrastructure, and service management.
3. Evaluate, pilot, and adopt emerging technologies (cloud, AI, generative AI, data platforms) to sustain competitive advantage.
4. Collaborate with C‑suite, board, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives support business goals.
5. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of strategy leads and architects across multiple regions.
6. Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet strategic milestones.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT transformation within large, global organizations.
- Proven leadership in digital transformation covering infrastructure, platforms, and service management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills, with a track record of securing executive support.
- Deep knowledge of financial services technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networks, digital workplace solutions, data platforms, AI, and generative AI.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications: TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL Strategic Leader, and relevant cloud provider accreditations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
