**Role Summary**
Design, develop and operate production‑grade AI systems at scale, guiding technical architecture, pipeline development, and product feasibility. Lead cross‑functional teams, balance technical debt with rapid delivery, and collaborate with clients to align solutions with business goals.
**Expectations**
- 7+ years in software development, 3+ as tech lead or architect.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production AI product architectures.
- Hands‑on coding, mentorship of developers, and ownership of critical components.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, lean‑startup approach, and client‑focused communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect scalable, maintainable AI solutions (ML pipelines, APIs, integrations).
- Evaluate technical feasibility, challenge specifications, and manage technical debt.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best‑practice implementation.
- Make technology choices aligned with client constraints and business value.
- Participate in product decisions from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate with clients to understand constraints and translate requirements into architecture.
**Required Skills**
- Python with ML/DL ecosystem (PyTorch/TensorFlow, serving).
- Databases: SQL (Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB), vector databases.
- Cloud platforms (OVH, AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- AI patterns: Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), fine‑tuning, evaluation, ML‑Ops, drift management.
- Pragmatic optimization, hands‑on coding, and ability to “good‑enough” when appropriate.
- Strong communication, business acumen, and lean‑startup execution.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI/ML specialties are a plus.
