Growth Marketing Consultant
**Role Summary**
Drive B2B revenue growth for clients by translating business objectives into data‑driven marketing and sales strategies. Execute, optimize, and report on integrated campaigns while streamlining cross‑functional workflows to boost conversion rates and ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate client business goals into actionable marketing and sales plans.
- Design and implement revenue‑generation strategies across funnel stages.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital and direct‑sales campaigns (email, cold outreach, landing pages, multichannel acquisition, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Scrape and maintain clean prospect databases.
- Identify friction points in customer journeys; propose workflow and automation improvements (CRM, prospecting, nurturing).
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker, advanced Excel).
- Analyze KPIs, adjust tactics, and present data‑driven recommendations.
- Coordinate weekly progress meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Upskill clients on tools and processes.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales, or revenue operations with proven revenue‑generation campaign experience.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into concrete actions.
- Expertise in growth and acquisition tools: HubSpot, Bizzy, Catch Up, Clay, Salesforce, Pipedrive.
- Proficiency in dashboards & reporting: Google Data Studio, Looker, advanced Excel, Notion.
- Experience with paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken); English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Autonomous, results‑oriented, capable of managing several client projects simultaneously.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, HubSpot, Google Ads, Salesforce, or equivalent are highly desirable.
