**Job Title:** Data and Insights Expert **Role Summary:** Lead comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable media and communication insights for client managers. Leverage advanced analytics, visualization, and proprietary research tools to enhance campaign effectiveness across media platforms. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality research outputs that drive client strategy improvements. - Maintain rigorous analytical standards and confidently interpret findings. - Exhibit entrepreneurial initiative in data projects and methodology development. - Communicate results effectively to diverse stakeholder audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct media effectiveness and trend research on domestic and international data sets. - Evaluate creative assets and media performance metrics. - Design and refine analytical methodologies and reporting frameworks. - Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. - Integrate behavioral, declarative, and neuroscience data into analyses. - Ensure transparent, reproducible data processing and interpretation. - Champion continuous learning of new analytics tools and industry practices. **Required Skills:** - Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset. - Service‑oriented attitude with assertiveness in decision‑making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Advanced competence in SPSS statistical software. - Ability to blend quantitative analysis with conceptual strategic thinking. - Multilingual communication: fluent French, Dutch, and English (or progressing toward fluency). - Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork and collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Research, or related quantitative field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., SPSS, analytical modeling) preferred but not mandatory.
