**Job Title:** Head of Sales (Healthcare SaaS) **Role Summary:** Lead and scale a sales organization to drive revenue growth in the healthcare SaaS and digital mental health market, aligning with organizational mission and strategic objectives. **Expectations:** Build scalable sales processes, achieve revenue targets, develop high-performing teams, and optimize cross-functional collaboration to support business expansion in a mission-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategy, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a sales team; establish performance metrics and training frameworks. - Design end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, deal execution, and CRM implementation. - Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to align GTM strategies and operationalize data-driven insights. - Monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes to refine go-to-market approaches. - Represent the organization in key client and partnership engagements while gathering customer feedback. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in healthcare/digital health sales leadership (7+ years total, 3–5 in SaaS/health tech). - Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. - Experience building and scaling sales teams, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals. - Cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and adaptive leadership in fast-paced, remote-first environments. - Excellent negotiation, executive communication, and analytical skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare SaaS sales models, revenue operations, and industry compliance (preferred but not required).
