Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers) to enhance CRM capabilities across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, scalable features while reducing technical debt. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust, scalable Salesforce code within agile sprints. - Align technical solutions with business objectives and global user needs. - Proactively refactor legacy code and optimize performance. - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support onboarding. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather requirements and provide technical insight to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. - Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring performance and security. - Refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt. - Partner with Salesforce administrators, external developers, and vendors for timely delivery. - Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles. - Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and weekly releases. - Identify and implement continuous improvements and new platform features. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of professional Salesforce development experience. - Strong Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Trigger, and declarative tooling. - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns. - Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Field Service and Experience Cloud preferred. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and support global teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Agile development mindset and experience with Scrum or similar frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory). - Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, or related) are a strong plus. ---
