**Job Title:** Sustainability Analytics Intern **Role Summary:** A strategic intern role supporting Safety and Sustainability teams in advancing data management, analytics, and compliance with global frameworks through collaboration with cross-functional professionals. **Expectations:** - Engage in real-world project work to improve data governance, reporting, and insights for sustainability initiatives. - Collaborate with experienced professionals to drive process improvements and operational knowledge in Safety and Sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze tools and technologies (Oracle ERP, SaaS, Microsoft tools) to develop reporting systems, KPIs, and dashboards. - Create work aids, policies, and training materials to standardize data management practices. - Research and synthesize best practices for sustainability data systems and global frameworks. - Prepare concise recommendations to enhance long-term data management strategies. - Expand understanding of Safety and Sustainability operations in manufacturing contexts. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Excel, and IT systems. - Strong data analytics capabilities with attention to detail. - Excellent communication (written/oral) for cross-functional collaboration. - Adaptability in dynamic environments and problem-solving orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current undergraduate or graduate student in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or related fields. - No certifications required.
