Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Intern Role Summary: 12‑week full‑time summer internship supporting the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives, developing collateral, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and presenting outcomes at an internal expo. Expectations: - Commit to the full 12‑week schedule (May 18 – Aug 7, 2026). - Work full‑time hours and attend the Intern Expo Day presentation. - Deliver high‑quality deliverables on schedule, maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Marketing Manager to implement project plans and strategic initiatives. - Create, update, and distribute print and digital marketing collateral (brochures, catalogs, guides, presentations). - Support sales tools and email campaigns, including content creation and asset management. - Proofread, fact‑check, copyedit, and format materials to uphold quality standards. - Act as liaison among brand marketing, creative services, and product teams to ensure alignment. - Contribute to creative development (literature design, naming, photography, video support). - Identify and recommend process improvements for internal and customer use. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing platforms or creative tools a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Junior or senior‑year student preferred. ---
