Job Description: Job Title: AI/ML Innovation Engineer Role Summary: Design, prototype, and operationalize AI/ML solutions to enhance product functionality and internal efficiency. Focus on large language models (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, and intelligent automation. Balance strategic innovation with technical support for production systems. Expactations: Deep technical expertise in AI/ML engineering, end-to-end system development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Research, design, and develop AI/ML prototypes for product or operational improvement. - Experiment with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines. - Create and test predictive/optimization algorithms for automation. - Integrate AI APIs/SDKs (Azure AI, OpenAI). - Collaborate with product teams to identify AI use cases and success metrics. - Partner with DevOps/data engineering teams to deploy prototypes to production. - Document technical methods for reuse across projects. Required Skills: - Python programming and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). - AI system deployment (AWS, Azure; OpenAI, Bedrock, SageMaker JumpStart). - LLM implementation, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search. - End-to-end ML pipeline design, optimization, and maintenance. - Analytical problem-solving with experimental rigor. - Technical communication across business and engineering teams. Required Education & Certifications: - BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - 4–8+ years in software engineering or ML development. - No certifications required.
