**Job Title:** Chief of Staff **Role Summary:** Serve as the CEO’s primary operational and strategic partner, orchestrating cross‑functional initiatives, executive cadence, investor relations, and legal coordination to enable rapid, aligned growth. **Expectations:** - Execute end‑to‑end ownership of high‑impact programs. - Maintain disciplined meeting and reporting hygiene for senior leadership. - Translate strategy into clear, actionable communication across the organization. - Protect and maximize CEO time while ensuring momentum with investors, board, and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Executive Operations & Meeting Management:** * Plan, run, and document weekly operating reviews, bi‑weekly strategy sessions, and company‑wide forums. * Create agendas, pre‑reads, and post‑meeting action trackers; drive follow‑through. * Identify and resolve cross‑team bottlenecks, ownership gaps, and process inefficiencies. - **Strategic Planning & Cadence:** * Lead quarterly planning cycle: strategy documentation, cross‑functional alignment, and executive storytelling. * Translate strategy into company communications, ensuring consistency between leadership messaging and execution. - **Investor & Board Relations:** * Prepare monthly investor updates, quarterly board materials, and coordinate inputs across finance, product, and ops. * Support the CEO in investor engagements and fundraising diligence. - **Legal & Partner Coordination:** * Act as the primary contact for external counsel; track deliverables and timelines. * Manage legal invoicing, documentation, and policy updates. - **Recruiting & Culture:** * Partner on priority hires, onboarding for leaders and key hires, and organize leadership off‑sites. - **Special Projects:** * Administer affiliated investment vehicle communications. * Lead high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives outside day‑to‑day ops. **Required Skills:** - Exceptional organizational and project‑management abilities. - Strategic thinker who can zoom out and deep‑dive simultaneously. - Clear, confident communication with executives, investors, and external partners. - Proactive, resourceful, and adept at connecting disparate teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). - No specific certifications required.
