Job Description
**Job Title** Quality Assurance Administrator – Manufacturing **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative and data support to the Quality Assurance team, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with quality management system (QMS) standards across manufacturing operations. **Expectations** - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and reliable in handling quality data and documentation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional coordination. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high data integrity. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and update QMS databases, including product and process records. - Prepare, review, and distribute quality reports, trend analyses, and audit findings. - Coordinate and document corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). - Support internal and external audits by compiling required documentation and responding to audit inquiries. - Assist in the preparation of quality manuals, SOPs, and work instructions. - Track and report on quality metrics, nonconformances, and key performance indicators. - Facilitate training materials and attendance records for quality initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with database or QMS software (e.g., MasterControl, SAP QM, or similar). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience may substitute). - Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards; ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSS) or equivalent is a plus.
