Job Description: **Job title** Junior Consultant – CDI **Role Summary** Support the delivery of AI transformation projects by conducting client audits, researching sector‑specific AI use cases, testing generative AI tools, and creating consultative and training deliverables. Drive continuous improvement of internal knowledge bases and commercial proposals while collaborating closely with consulting, training, and sales teams. **Expectations** - Current or recent university/business school graduate (Bac +4/5) in commerce, engineering or related field. - Demonstrated curiosity and interest in generative AI applications within organisations. - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, comfortable with research and idea structuring. - Proactive, organised and able to take initiative on projects. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clarity, formatting, orthography). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Audit and advise clients on AI initiatives. 2. Research and analyse AI use cases by sector or function. 3. Evaluate and test generative AI tools to recommend deployment options. 4. Structure and produce clear, professional deliverables. 5. Maintain ongoing veille (watch) on generative AI advances, tech innovations and market trends. 6. Summarise key developments to inform the consulting team. 7. Update internal reference materials and monitoring repositories. 8. Contribute to commercial proposals: drafting, formatting, and compiling supporting data. 9. Gather relevant data and reference cases to strengthen proposals. 10. Continually refine argumentation frameworks. 11. Collaborate cross‑functionally with consulting, training, and sales units; attend team meetings and share insights. **Required Skills** - Analytical thinking and synthesis of complex information. - Strong research and document‑handling abilities. - Ability to structure ideas and produce polished written outputs. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and organised project management. - Excellent written and oral communication. - Familiarity with AI concepts and generative‑AI tools is a plus. - Proficiency in standard office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (or Master’s) level degree (Bac +4/5) in business, engineering, computer science or related discipline. - Currently enrolled or freshly graduated—maintenance of a university‑level curriculum in AI or digital transformation is advantageous.
