**Job Title**
Food Retail Manager (m/f)
**Role Summary**
Lead and grow a food retail point of sale, implementing brand commercial strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets. Manage operations, finance, staff, quality, and safety while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
**Expectations**
- Deliver financial targets (sales, margins, costs) and operational KPIs.
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Build and develop a high‑performance selling team.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the brand within the store.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Operations & Finance** – manage cash, bank transfers, financial flow control, inventory tracking, and accurate stock/reconciliation.
2. **Store Management** – oversee product placement, promotional actions, customer reception, and service quality.
3. **Team Leadership** – recruit, train, supervise, and motivate sales staff through regular coaching and performance reviews.
4. **Commercial Analysis** – monitor sales & financial indicators, analyze revenue, margin, expenses, and report progress to senior management.
5. **Quality & Safety** – handle customer complaints, ensure store cleanliness, supervise maintenance, enforce hygiene, safety, and regulatory rules.
