Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years of marketing experience or equivalent studies. - Proficiency in digital marketing, with experience in email campaigns, social media management and content creation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently. - Creative mindset with passion for brand, design, and storytelling. - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and content creation platforms (Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud). - Knowledge of the residential property industry is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications: - Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. - Certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or social media management are beneficial.

**Job title** Business Administration Apprentice **Role Summary** Support day‑to‑day finance operations while completing the AAT qualification.
