Job Description
**Job Title:** Electrical Engineer Intern **Role Summary:** Support design teams in the development and verification of electrical systems. Gain hands‑on experience with design tools, simulations, and testing while contributing to project deliverables under guidance. **Expectations:** - 12–24 month internship (part‑time or full‑time). - Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and multi‑task. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in drafting and reviewing electrical schematics and PCB layouts. - Perform basic component selection and supplier evaluation. - Conduct simulation and analysis using tools such as PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent. - Participate in functional testing, troubleshooting, and data collection. - Prepare and maintain design documentation, including bills of materials and test reports. - Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and quality teams to ensure integrated product performance. **Required Skills:** - Strong foundation in circuit analysis, power electronics, and signal integrity. - Proficiency with CAD/EDA tools (AutoCAD, Altium Designer, KiCad, etc.). - Experience with simulation software (PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, Keysight ADS). - Basic understanding of industry standards (IPC, IEC, JEDEC). - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. - Relevant coursework: circuits, electronics, power systems, signal processing. - No mandatory certifications required; familiarity with industry tools and standards is preferred.
