**Job Title:** Industrial and Driving Recruiter **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for industrial and driver roles, sourcing candidates across temporary and permanent positions. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client hiring managers, manage the hiring pipeline using ATS/CRM tools, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Performance measured by placement targets and client satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targets. - Work autonomously while collaborating with the recruitment team. - Maintain high data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. - Deliver professional, timely communication to candidates and clients. - Continuously improve sourcing strategies and stay current with recruitment trends. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Generate leads and source candidates via social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals. 2., 3. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft recruitment strategies. 4. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. 5. Manage candidate lifecycle in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update HRIS records. 6. Maintain regular candidate communication, providing status updates and feedback. 7. Create/optimise job adverts and support social media efforts to strengthen employer brand. 8. Map and target client accounts that utilise recruitment agencies, supporting business development. 9. Ensure compliance with data protection and record‑keeping standards. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Proven relationship‑building and account management abilities. - Proficiency with ATS platforms and job board posting tools. - Experience with lead generation techniques; familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) a plus. - Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business, HR, or related field preferred. - No mandatory certifications, but recruitment or HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous.
