Job Title: Associate, Infrastructure Role Summary: Support the Direct Investment Team by sourcing, evaluating, and executing infrastructure transactions across power, utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure, and energy transition segments in North America. Job Description
Job title: Analyst/Associate, Real Estate Role Summary: Support GIC’s global Real Estate investment team by developing sector‑specific strategies, sourcing and evaluating opportunities, building and maintaining financial models, and managing transaction execution and asset‐management workstreams. Expectations: - Deliver independent, accurate underwriting models and analyses. - Provide clear, concise communication of complex investment concepts to internal and external stakeholders. - Represent GIC at industry events and collaborate across business lines to advance investment objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and refine investment strategies for European real‑estate markets. 2. Identify and source acquisition, development and portfolio‑enhancement opportunities aligned with strategy. 3. Design, build, test and maintain robust financial models (equity, debt, JV, direct/indirect structures). 4. Draft and coordinate internal investment memoranda and presentations. 5.
