Job Description: Job title: Analyst/Associate, Real Estate Role Summary: Support GIC’s global Real Estate investment team by developing sector‑specific strategies, sourcing and evaluating opportunities, building and maintaining financial models, and managing transaction execution and asset‐management workstreams.
