Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary: Lead enterprise sales of a vector database solution focused on AI and ML workloads. Build, manage and close high‑value (> $250K ACV) opportunities targeting CIOs and executive decision‑makers in cloud and digital‑native organizations. Drive pipeline, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, customer success and SDR teams. Expactations: - Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Deliver accurate ACV/TCV forecasting and pipeline projections. - Achieve win rates and close ratios aligned with company targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and drive adoption of new features. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new accounts via email, social media, cold‑calling, and events. - Qualify inbound leads and create qualified opportunities. - Employ solution‑selling and MEDDIC methodology to align product value with customer business outcomes. - Collaborate with marketing, SDR, and customer success to develop and nurture the sales pipeline. - Engage existing customers to expand usage and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Negotiate and close complex enterprise contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. - Forecast revenue accurately and provide visibility into sales pipeline. - Act as a peer mentor, sharing insights and encouraging team performance. Required Skills: - 5+ years of SaaS/PaaS or big‑data sales experience. - Proven track record of exceeding quotas and securing large ACV deals. - Experience selling to C‑suite and executive audiences in cloud/digital‑native companies. - Proficiency in MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodology. - Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. - High emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and resilience in a startup environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
