Job Description

Job Title: Software Development Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and test software solutions for advanced robotics, vision, simulation, AI, and adaptive regulation projects. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance user experience, automate testing, and contribute to strategic product direction. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality code and documentation. - Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, motivation, and strong problem‑solving skills. - Communicate effectively in English. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualise and implement new features (back‑end and/or front‑end) as required. 2. Design and build automated test and validation tools to improve application reliability. 3. Develop and refine user‑interface components, focusing on usability and performance. 4. Participate in strategic discussions on future tool evolution. 5. Provide technical support for test benches, including control, automation, and regulation tasks. 6. Engage in continuous learning and potential career progression to business development or senior developer roles. Required Skills: - Proficiency in back‑end technologies: .NET Core, SQL, and APIs (Python, C++, C#, or Java). - Proficiency in front‑end technologies: React, Material‑UI, Redux, HTML5, Electron JS. - Strong programming fundamentals and clean‑code practices. - Experience in automated testing and validation workflows. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a development team. - English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). - (Optional) Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, or hydraulic systems.
