Job Title: Account Manager – Large Business Role Summary Drive revenue growth, renewal, and expansion for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in a high‑growth SaaS HRTech environment. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from account planning and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and upsell, ensuring long‑term partnership and revenue capture. Expectations - Own 100% of the commercial activity within the assigned portfolio. - Deliver measurable growth in revenue, renewal rates, and net revenue retention (NRR). - Operate using data‑driven methodologies, aligning actions with KPI thresholds. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Expansion • Map each account’s organizational structure, decision‑maker hierarchy, and geographic footprint. • Identify untapped opportunities (“white spaces”) and build structured Account Plans. • Execute internal multi‑threading prospecting and drive group‑wide deployment of the platform. 2. Renewal & Negotiation Management • Lead the end‑to‑end renewal cycle: forecast expirations (6‑12 months), trigger timely outreach, negotiate terms, and secure long‑term agreements. • Optimize commercial and contractual terms to increase commitment periods and improve profitability. 3. Upsell & Cross‑sell • Detect and activate expansion opportunities (additional users, training, add‑ons, services). • Develop tailored, strategic commercial proposals and close at the C‑level. 4. Commercial Relationship Stewardship • Serve as the primary commercial contact, building influence across complex organizations. • Coordinate with Customer Success Manager to align adoption and revenue growth initiatives. Required Skills - Minimum 4 years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Key Account, or Enterprise Sales. - Proven track record managing renewal, retention, and expansion with measurable KPIs (e.g., NRR > 120 %). - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing expertise, particularly in contract renewals and re‑negotiations. - Excellent stakeholder management; capable of engaging C‑level executives. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), reporting tools, and automation. - Professional fluency in English; additional languages welcome. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM administration, sales methodology) are an advantage.
