Job Description
Job title: Commercial Business Development Intern – B2B – Photovoltaic Maintenance Role Summary: Assist a growing French renewable energy firm in expanding its B2B client base and market visibility. The intern will drive sales growth, support marketing communications, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives within a dynamic, eco‑focused startup environment. Expactations: - Work independently to identify and qualify new B2B prospects. - Design and execute multi‑channel acquisition campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.). - Prepare and deliver tailored commercial presentations and proposals. - Manage content creation, social media presence, and website updates. - Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development (≈80% of time) • Prospect and qualify leads through research, cold outreach, and CRM updates. • Craft and launch targeted email & LinkedIn campaigns. • Engage prospects: initial contact, follow‑ups, and qualification. • Produce commercial decks, proposals, and offer documents. • Conduct market & competitor analysis; generate actionable insights. • Assist in responding to tenders and RFPs. 2. Marketing & Communication (≈20% of time) • Create written content: articles, newsletters, social posts. • Manage LinkedIn page and support YouTube channel activities. • Update website (WordPress) and maintain SEO/SEA, email automation. • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports. Required Skills: - Strong written & verbal communication, persuasive writing. - Self‑driven, initiative‑seeking, organized, and detail‑oriented. - Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. - Familiarity with CRM, marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) desirable. - Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrolment in a business or management program (Bac+4 to Bac+5). - Minimum academic level: 4th year undergraduate or equivalent postgraduate. ---
