Job Description

**Job Title** Technical Commercial Sales Engineer (Sedentary) F/H **Role Summary** Provide technical and commercial support to clients and external technical sales teams. Deliver accurate quotations, recommend appropriate HVAC/refrigeration solutions, manage orders, and resolve disputes to drive customer satisfaction and sales success. **Expectations** - Generate precise quotes aligned with client requests and company strategy. - Maintain proactive communication and follow‑up on all quotes and orders. - Collaborate effectively with external technical sales representatives and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft and submit quotations in accordance with customer specifications. - Use product catalogs to identify and propose the optimal solution for each customer. - Advise clients on technical aspects of refrigeration, air‑conditioning, and renewable energy technologies. - Resolve commercial disputes and ensure a smooth sales process. - Follow up on quotations and transfer them to external technical sales contacts for visibility. - Enter customer orders into the management tool and monitor their progress. - Communicate pricing, lead times, and material availability to clients. **Required Skills** - Solid knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems. - Proficiency in cost estimation and quotation preparation. - Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Familiarity with order‑entry software and basic spreadsheet use. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac +2 qualification in refrigeration/climate control (e.g., BTS FED) or equivalent technical experience. ---
