Job Description
**Job Title:** Founding Account Executive (AI Cloud) **Role Summary:** Full‑cycle sales leader driving enterprise and scale‑up deals for an AI cloud platform. Owns pipeline from prospect to contract, builds executive relationships, shapes pricing and GTM strategy, and mentors the sales team in an early‑stage AI company. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quota. - Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting. - Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and data integrity. - Represent the company at industry events. - Mentor BDRs and define pipeline quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct discovery, technical demos, and proposal development for mid‑market and enterprise accounts. - Negotiate and close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals. - Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. - Partner with BDRs, DevRel, and Product to generate pipeline and incorporate field feedback. - Develop and refine pricing strategies and expansion playbooks with the CRO. - Maintain HubSpot pipeline accuracy and activity logging. - Utilize AI tools to automate outreach, personalization, and workflow efficiency. - Attend conferences and industry events to generate and advance deals. **Required Skills:** - 3–6 years of closing experience in Cloud Infrastructure, MLOps, or AI/developer tooling. - Proven success selling to technical buyers (developers, ML engineers, CTOs). - Comfortable navigating multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. - Strong written and verbal communication with technical fluency. - Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined forecasting. - Proficient with HubSpot CRM; experience with Clay, n8n, or equivalent automation tools. - Bonus: Fluency in French or German. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; relevant sales or technical training preferred.
