Job title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Summary:
Deliver end‑to‑end management of Wolf Oil Corporation’s global digital presence, including social media, website content, email marketing, and performance analytics. Act as the main point of contact for regional teams, agencies, and in‑house creatives, ensuring brand consistency, data‑driven optimization, and alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
Expectations:
* 5‑7 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
* Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills preferred.
* Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and Looker Studio.
* Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp).
* Comfortable managing digital asset libraries, CMS (Kontent.ai advantage), and translation workflows.
* Detail‑oriented, structured workflow management, and confident in agency collaboration and deliverable quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the global social media strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
2. Own all social media accounts, coordinate with regional marketing and agencies, and oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution and performance tracking.
3. Liaise with the in‑house design studio to produce on‑brand assets; review and approve agency content and copy.
4. Manage content updates on the company website via Kontent.ai CMS, including pages, blogs, and navigation, ensuring alignment with digital strategy.
5. Supervise translation workflows and support email marketing content creation and publication (newsletters, product updates, events).
6. Maintain digital dashboards, compile quarterly performance reports, and provide insights from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and Looker Studio.
7. Develop and maintain a global/local performance measurement framework, including training materials and reporting guidelines for local agencies.
Required Skills:
* Digital marketing strategy & execution across social, web, and email.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Looker Studio, HubSpot, MailChimp.
* Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (SEA).
* CMS (Kontent.ai or comparable) and digital asset management.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation capabilities.
* Agency management and stakeholder communication.
* Detail‑focused, organized workflow creation, and problem‑solving.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Meta advertising preferred but not mandatory.
