**Job title** Full Stack Software Engineer (AI‑Native Development) **Role Summary** Design, build, and productionise AI‑driven product features using a TypeScript/React front‑end and Python back‑end. Work in an AI‑augmented development workflow, applying AI tools to accelerate coding while ensuring clean architecture, rigorous validation, and robust production standards. **Expectations** Deliver end‑to‑end AI‑enabled features from proof‑of‑concept to production, maintain high code quality and scalability, and actively contribute to product direction in a collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and iterate AI‑powered features across TypeScript/React and Python stacks. - Integrate AI tools into the workflow: code generation, linting, documentation, and testing assistance. - Review, optimise, refactor, and validate AI‑generated code for maintainability and performance. - Own the lifecycle of production systems, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to shape feature vision and technical requirements. - Maintain clear, modular architecture and adhere to industry best practices. **Required Skills** - Proficient in TypeScript and React with a portfolio of commercial projects. - Solid Python backend experience; familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI or Django. - Comfortable using AI development assistants (e.g., OpenAI Codex, GPT‑4) as core workflow tools. - Strong code‑review, optimisation, and refactoring abilities, especially for AI‑generated code. - Experience deploying and maintaining production‑grade software systems. - Informed about modern AI/LLM technologies and their application in software features. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - No sponsorship; must be eligible to work without visa or relocation support.
