Develop regional go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead a team focused on acquiring enterprise and mid-market clients. **Expectations:** - Own regional revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity. - Scale new business revenue while maintaining operational rigor during organizational transformation. - Report to the Chief Sales Officer and deliver cross-functional collaboration outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic development of EMEA go-to-market plans for enterprise and mid-market sales. - Lead and coach new logo sales teams, managing weekly sales cadence and pipeline reviews. - Engage senior stakeholders in HR, L&D, and C-suite for complex enterprise sales cycles. - Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, and Channel teams on integrated strategies. **Required Skills:** - Proven leadership in high-performance SaaS or consultative sales teams. - Demonstrated success in managing regional revenue goals across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. - Experience in matrixed global organizations with cross-functional partnership skills. - Strong expertise in consultative sales, pipeline development, and strategic deal progression. - Familiarity with business integration or commercial transformation initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. - Certifications in sales leadership or revenue operations (e.g., CSPO, CSPS) advantageous but not mandatory.
