Leverage strategic insights, cross‑functional collaboration, and data‑driven analysis to ensure long‑term satisfaction and growth. **Expactations** - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with evolving business goals. - Proactively manage account health, identify expansion opportunities, and influence product roadmap through customer advocacy. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct regular business reviews, clarifying ROI and value metrics. - Monitor health scores and adoption data; implement actions to boost engagement. - Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Sales teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. - Identify risks early, develop mitigation and escalation plans. - Lead onboarding, enablement, and adoption initiatives for solution utilization. - Resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely outcomes. - Present data‑rich insights to demonstrate efficiency gains and support upsell/cross‑sell proposals. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services for enterprise SaaS. - Proven relationship management with C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking to interpret customer data and translate into action. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead executive‑level discussions. - Collaborative mindset with experience partnering Sales, Product, and Engineering. - Proficiency with CS platforms (Gainsight, Totango), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools. - Knowledge of procurement or workflow automation concepts is highly desirable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional certifications such as Gainsight Certified Customer Success Practitioner, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM), or equivalent preferred.
