**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Hands‑on developer responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing production‑grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, and platform automation. Focuses on scalable, secure business logic, REST API integrations, and evolving AI capabilities within a loan origination and servicing environment.
**Expactations:**
- 3–6 years of direct Salesforce development experience.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II certification or active pursuit preferred.
- Strong expertise in Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, future, scheduled).
- Advanced Flow design (record‑triggered, scheduled, orchestration).
- Proficient in Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience building/supporting REST‑API integrations and middleware connections.
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud portals and/or financial services, lending, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to AI/Einstein/Agentforce tools or a demonstrable interest in learning them.
- Understanding of audit, compliance, and data governance requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
- Design, implement, and optimize record‑triggered, scheduled, and orchestration flows.
- Enforce business rules via validation rules and backend logic.
- Create and support REST‑API integrations with third‑party systems and middleware.
- Enhance and maintain Experience Cloud portals for borrowers, brokers, and partners.
- Collaborate on early AI use cases: data readiness, automation hooks, decision‑support workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation, integration, and platform stability issues.
- Participate in sandbox development, unit testing, and structured deployments (change sets, metadata API).
**Required Skills:**
- Apex programming (triggers, batch, queueable, future, scheduled).
- Flow development (record‑triggered, scheduled, orchestrations).
- Salesforce security and access controls.
- REST API integration (JSON, authentication).
- Data integrity and scalability best practices.
- Debugging, testing, and deployment processes.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
