Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager Intern (Paid, Full‑time, 4–6 months) **Role Summary** Administer the deployment of the DiGEiZ solution at client sites across Europe, the Middle East and North America, acting as the liaison between services teams, development, and customers. Lead the execution of video‑coverage studies, coordinate logistics, monitor KPIs, and manage a portfolio of suppliers to maintain up‑to‑date hardware solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. - Demonstrate strong customer‑focus and clear communication. - Travel internationally as required. - Exhibit reliability, results‑orientation and resilience under pressure. - Collaborate as a team‑player to contribute to company growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct video coverage studies and supervise installation of DiGEiZ solutions. - Coordinate with service providers, development team and client technical teams to prepare and execute deployments. - Design and implement strategies, processes, and tools to continuously improve operations. - Monitor operational performance using KPIs and provide analytical reports. - Build and manage relationships with hardware and service suppliers to secure up‑to‑date hardware proposals. **Required Skills** - Fluency in French and English (written & verbal). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong customer‑service orientation. - Ability to set priorities, work independently and deliver under pressure. - Team‑player mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent, or current university student. - No specific certifications required.
