**Job Title**: International Channel Sales Manager (F/H) **Role Summary** Drive global expansion by building and managing a network of reseller and system integrator partners. Lead partner acquisition, training, and joint business development initiatives to generate pipeline and close deals aligned with the company’s sales strategy. **Expatations** - Minimum 2 years of channel sales or SaaS sales experience. - Fluent English; strong French for internal communication; additional language proficiency (Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, or Indian language) is a plus. - Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to develop new territories. - Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse market dynamics. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, qualify, and onboard new reseller and system integrator partners in targeted regions. - Design and deliver training programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support solutions. - Partner with resellers to co‑develop business plans, identify opportunities, and guide deals through to closure. - Conduct regular account and opportunity reviews with partners to extract insights and refine sales strategies. **Required Skills** - Channel sales strategy and partner relationship management. - Negotiation, proposal development, and opportunity management. - Strong communication and presentation abilities in English (and French). - Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific school qualification required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - No mandatory certifications; industry‑relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, CNM) are a plus.
