Job Description
**Job Title** Communication & Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of an integrated communication strategy for a premier catering and event venues brand. Drive brand awareness, sales growth, and CSR positioning while ensuring visual cohesion across marketing assets and promoting the distinct identities of each venue. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable increases in brand visibility and lead generation. - Maintain premium visual and narrative standards across all touch‑points. - Align marketing initiatives with business sales objectives and sustainability commitments. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Graphic & Commercial Asset Creation** - Design, produce, and harmonise print and digital materials (quotes, proposals, invitations, email templates, social graphics). - Ensure consistent branding for catering services and both event venues. - Monitor food‑industry and event‑industry design trends. 2. **Social Media & Brand Image** - Coordinate with external agencies on social‑media strategy. - Build and manage editorial calendars. - Capture and edit event photos, behind‑the‑scenes content, and team features. - Plan and brief photography shoots (menus, events, staff). 3. **CSR Communication** - Craft clear CSR messaging, focusing on social integration initiatives. - Embed CSR themes into commercial supports and update materials regularly. - Report on CSR performance and visibility. 4. **Venue‑Specific Marketing** - Collaborate with sales teams to highlight unique venue strengths. - Develop and execute email‑marketing campaigns. - Update web content and maintain venue pages. 5. **Sales Enablement Support** - Optimize sales‑support tools and collateral. - Propose and implement commercial activations. - Track performance metrics (satisfaction, inbound queries, digital reach). **Required Skills** - 3‑7 years experience in visual communication or marketing. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Strong aesthetic sensibility and storytelling ability. - Excellent written communication; fluent in English and French preferred. - Structured, creative, and proactive mindset. - Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in high‑pressure environments. - Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or event marketing is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Visual Design, or related field. - Portfolio demonstrating premium brand work. - Certifications in Adobe or other design tools are a plus.
