Job title: Junior Business Developer Role Summary: Responsible for driving commercial expansion by identifying, qualifying, and securing strategic partner relationships. Performs end‑to‑end sales cycle, from market opportunity analysis and outreach to negotiation and partnership activation, focusing on high‑quality, selective engagements. Expectations: - Deliver measurable partner acquisition targets and revenue contribution. - Actively prospect, manage, and convert leads using a structured CRM workflow. - Maintain strategic knowledge of competitors, market trends, and opportunity mapping. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine sales processes and offering. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and map new commercial opportunities; develop acquisition strategies per market segment. - Conduct proactive outreach (calls, meetings, on‑site visits) to prospect partners. - Qualify and prioritize leads, tailoring proposals and value propositions. - Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee installation of assets at chosen locations. - Manage inbound partner inquiries, analyze needs, and create customized commercial offers. - Track performance metrics within Pipedrive CRM; identify optimization levers to improve conversion. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for sales approach and support tools. Required Skills: - Proven sales track record (minimum 1 year, full‑time). - Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills. - Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (bar owners to corporate executives). - Initiative, energy, and a passion for closing deals. - Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and data‑driven performance analysis. - Comfortable with travel and field engagement. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum post‑secondary education (e.g., Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field). - No specific certifications required; knowledge of hospitality/restaurant sector is a plus.
