**Job title**: Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)
**Role Summary**: Lead the design and execution of a multichannel growth engine that fuels sales-qualified leads (MQLs) and drives customer retention. Aim to double annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 12 months by building scalable acquisition, brand, and rev‑ops strategies for a high‑growth SaaS product.
**Expectations**:
- 3‑5 years of growth‑marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition funnels, optimizing CAC and LTV, and reducing churn.
- Data‑driven mindset: design experiments with clear success metrics (conversion rates, cohort analysis, CAC, LTV).
- T‑shaped marketer: strong copywriting, email and content creation, lead generation tactics, and CRM/automation implementation.
- Autonomy and execution focus: implement end‑to‑end campaigns without reliance on external agencies.
- Business‑centric: prioritize revenue‑impacting initiatives over vanity metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Acquisition & Lead Generation**
- Develop and run multichannel B2B acquisition campaigns (Outbound, Inbound, Partnerships).
- Identify and penetrate new market segments (Enterprise, mid‑market).
- Optimize the entire funnel from first touch to MQL, improving conversion rates at each stage.
- Experiment with novel growth tactics and measure impact.
2. **Brand & Awareness**
- Create and execute a content strategy that establishes thought leadership in the Construction Tech space.
- Manage brand presence across key channels to increase visibility among decision makers.
- Convert customer success stories into case studies, testimonials, and marketing assets.
3. **RevOps & Retention**
- Analyze user journeys to uncover upsell, cross‑sell, and retention levers.
- Build and maintain integrated CRM and marketing automation workflows.
- Monitor and report on critical KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion) to guide strategic decisions.
**Required Skills**:
- Growth marketing strategy in B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, and partnership development.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
- Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, funnel analytics, churn modeling, CAC/LTV calculations.
- Copywriting and storytelling ability for email and content.
- Comfortable with data tools (SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to run A/B tests, interpret results, and iterate quickly.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Salesforce Administrator, Google Analytics, or similar) are preferred.
