**Job Title:** AI/ML Training Lead **Role Summary:** Lead organization-wide AI/ML adoption by designing and delivering structured training programs, developing best‑practice playbooks, and integrating AI solutions into business workflows. Drive measurable productivity improvements, monitor KPIs, and champion Responsible AI principles while collaborating with cross‑functional, global, and offshore teams. **Expectations:** - 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or technology enablement roles. - Proven track record of designing and delivering technical training/workshops. - Strong stakeholder engagement, change‑management, and communication skills. - Ability to drive cross‑functional adoption of new technologies and measure outcomes. - Experience working with global/offshore teams and managing KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Champion AI/ML adoption across the organization, motivating cross‑functional teams. - Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs and hands‑on workshops. - Create and maintain best‑practice playbooks, reusable frameworks, and reusable AI/ML workflows. - Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency. - Collaborate with offshore and global teams to ensure alignment and consistent training delivery. - Define, track, and report KPIs for AI adoption, productivity, and efficiency gains. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights and stakeholder feedback. - Promote Responsible AI, ensuring secure, ethical, and compliant AI usage. - Advise leadership on AI enablement strategy and workforce readiness. **Required Skills:** - Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and enterprise applications. - Experience with training design, curriculum development, and delivery of technical workshops. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in defining and measuring performance KPIs. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proven experience working in global/offshore environments. - Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning). ---
