Must be detail-focused, proactive, and flexible with hours during event periods. **Key Responsibilities:** Support planning and delivery of live sports events; assist with client meetings, logistics coordination (travel, suppliers, accreditation), onsite event execution, budget management, document organization, creative proposal preparation, and general team support in a fast-paced environment. **Required Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, reliability, clear communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google tools, and adaptability in dynamic settings. **Required Education & Certifications:** High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred); no prior certifications required. Apprenticeship includes a nationally recognized qualification upon completion.
