**Job title** Commercial Director – Agriculture **Role Summary** Lead the commercial development and performance management of agricultural machinery across France, building and managing a robust dealer network, driving sales growth, and aligning with global strategy. **Expactations** - Achieve annual revenue targets and market share objectives. - Expand and sustain a network of distributors, cooperatives, and end‑users. - Ensure consistent brand positioning and product promotion across France. - Report regularly to senior management on sales activity and results. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze the French agricultural machinery market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Promote and sell tractors, harvesters, and related equipment to dealers and end users. - Recruit, train, and manage local dealer teams; set and monitor sales KPIs. - Identify new business opportunities and propose expansion strategies. - Coordinate commercial strategy with the China Sales Manager and internal teams. - Lead all B2B negotiations and manage the sales process from quotation to payment. - Maintain regular communication with the head office on performance, challenges, and market trends. **Required Skills** - Proven commercial leadership in agricultural or heavy machinery sectors. - Strong B2B negotiation, closing, and contract management skills. - Excellent understanding of French distribution networks (dealers, cooperatives, farmers). - High level of autonomy, results orientation, and willingness to travel frequently in France and occasionally internationally. - Technical vocabulary in agriculture and machinery, with fluency in French and strong English; knowledge of Chinese is an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bac+3 (Bachelor) in Commerce, Agriculture, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of commercial development or territory management experience in agriculture or machinery. - Relevant professional certifications in sales or agricultural business are a plus.
