Job Description
**Job Title**: Senior Account Manager – Freelance / Fixed-Term Contract **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end creative client projects within a dynamic agency environment. Manage multiple high‑volume photography campaigns, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and maintain robust client and supplier relationships. Deliver superior creative output while meeting strict deadlines and budget targets. **Expectations** - Deliver creative projects that exceed client expectations. - Maintain clarity of communication with clients and internal stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members and support senior client‑services strategy. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced retail‑marketing setting. - Operate a valid driving licence and own vehicle for on‑site production and client visits. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the creative project lifecycle: brief, pre‑production, on‑set, and post‑production. - Coordinate with internal creative, copy, and strategy teams to align deliverables. - Lead day‑to‑day creative delivery for multiple campaigns, ensuring timely, high‑quality output. - Partner with production teams and a photographic art director to produce food, product, and retail photography. - Manage pre‑production planning, set logistics, and post‑production workflow. - Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to clients and stakeholders. - Nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities for account development. - Oversee supplier engagement and procurement of creative assets. - Mentor and coach junior account staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years agency account‑handling experience. - Proven end‑to‑end photographic production experience (incl. food photography). - Understanding of retail marketing and shopper/retail activation. - Strong prioritisation and multi‑project management abilities. - Leadership and mentorship capabilities with stakeholder liaison experience. - Excellent problem‑solving and solution‑focused mindset. - Highly adaptable and agile within a rapid‑moving environment. - Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle access. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Photography, or related field. - Valid driver’s licence.
