Expectations: Deliver high‑quality programme and project outcomes on time and within budget. Build and maintain robust systems for grantmaking, workflow, and evaluation. Act as a central coordinator in a small, evolving team, adapting responsibilities as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead grant administration: set up application and reporting workflows, monitor agreements, track funding, and manage cash flows.
- Develop and support evaluation and impact frameworks that reflect mission and values; collect, analyze, and report outcomes.
- Provide operational and administrative oversight: office set‑up, IT, and day‑to‑day system maintenance in partnership with the Executive Assistant.
- Foster collaboration and clear communication across the team; create concise, visually compelling presentations.
- Model and reinforce organizational values (artist‑centred, collaborative, equitable, sustainable) in all work.
Required Skills:
- Proven project/programme management in arts, culture, or charitable contexts.
- Experience administering grants, commissions, or funded programmes; managing application pipelines, agreements, and reporting.
- Strong organisational and administrative prowess; ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Financial acumen: support budgets, cash‑flow monitoring, and expenditure reporting.
- Evaluation, monitoring, and impact‑tracking expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive, solution‑focused collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in arts administration, project management, business, or related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
