Job Description
**Job Title:** Director, Technology Delivery **Role Summary:** Enterprise‑level engineering leader responsible for turning product strategy into secure, cloud‑first digital solutions across airport operations, commercial, and enterprise domains. Drives delivery standards, architecture, quality, and operational readiness while managing multi‑vendor programs and fostering high‑performance teams. **Expectations:** - Lead and govern an enterprise delivery framework with defined standards and quality gates. - Translate multi‑year roadmaps into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes. - Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs for delivery health and product reliability. - Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient API‑first, event‑driven architectures. - Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and SLAs, providing executive‑level communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own delivery framework, patterns, and quality gates for digital products. - Create delivery blueprints from product roadmaps; track engineering outcomes. - Set and enforce non‑functional requirements (scalability, resilience, privacy). - Govern test strategy, automation, release readiness, change control, observability, and incident response. - Chair design reviews and approve architecture decisions. - Lead technical engagement with development, operations, and external vendors. - Align scopes, plans, and budgets across multiple vendors and partners. - Build, coach, and inspire a senior technology leadership team to maintain a high‑performance culture. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years in technology delivery, architecture, or engineering management in complex environments. - 7+ years of people leadership, including oversight of multi‑vendor programs. - Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs/microservices, and cloud‑native architecture. - Advanced knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, SRE, and zero‑trust security frameworks. - Strong financial stewardship, vendor governance, and executive communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance.
