Works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates and to reduce agency dependency. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, diverse shortlists within agreed SLAs. - Maintain strong top‑of‑funnel conversion rates. - Support ≤30‑day average time‑to‑hire across roles. - Achieve 90%+ hiring manager satisfaction. - Build and sustain pipelines in Pinpoint for priority functions. - Reduce agency dependency through effective direct sourcing.
