**Job Title** B2B Business Developer – Apprenticeship **Role Summary** Drive growth by expanding the B2B client portfolio, mainly within the catering offering. Build and nurture a pipeline through multichannel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, on‑site visits), support sales cycles to closure, and collaborate on new service development with internal teams. **Expectations** - Acquire and qualify new prospects in the target market. - Cultivate existing accounts to reach revenue goals. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Achieve a 3 % bonus on each successfully closed quote. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a multichannel prospecting strategy (telemarketing, email, LinkedIn, field). - Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. - Participate in negotiations, bid responses, and pricing discussions. - Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to tailor local offerings. - Represent the company at events and on‑ground business development activities. - Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and accurate data in the CRM. - Produce regular reports and performance analyses (leads, appointments, proposals, revenue). - Contribute to digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of sales tools and processes. **Required Skills** - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and goal‑driven mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting. - Comfortable using digital communication platforms and social selling. - Adept at event participation and networking. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in a relevant apprenticeship or vocational training program. - Minimum of a secondary education qualification (e.g., baccalauréat, equivalent). - No specific certifications required, but business‑oriented coursework is advantageous.
