**Job Title:** Stage Business Developer **Role Summary:** Support sales strategy by prospecting, qualifying, and closing B2B opportunities. Work directly with co‑founder and senior Business Developer to generate new clients, drive revenue growth, and refine acquisition tactics. **Expectations:** - High‑energy, self‑motivated “hunter” mindset. - Proactive, autonomous, and resilient under pressure. - Ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously. - Strong English (C1) while being a native French speaker. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end‑to‑end prospecting pipeline. - Conduct intensive cold‑calling campaigns and multi‑channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone). - Identify and qualify key decision‑makers. - Deliver persuasive product demos in French and English. - Negotiate and close deals; track and optimize conversion KPIs. - Contribute to continuous improvement of acquisition strategy. **Required Skills:** - Proven outbound prospecting and closing experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English. - Experience with prospecting tools (e.g., PhantomBuster, Lemlist, Ringover, Pipedrive, Pronto). - Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative. - Ability to analyze data and adjust tactics based on results. - Knowledge of SaaS landscape is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
