**Job Title**: Programme Manager – Security **Role Summary** Programme Manager supports the Chief Information Security Officer in defining, implementing, and overseeing the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy. The role focuses on strategic coordination, governance, and compliance, ensuring security initiatives align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. **Expectations** - Deliver strategic security road‑map and governance alignment. - Coordinate compliance, risk, and maturity monitoring. - Facilitate workshops, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. - Optimize processes and budget utilisation. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in defining and tracking the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. - Coordinate governance and compliance processes. - Prepare strategic dossiers and periodic reporting. - Lead workshops and awareness activities. - Monitor performance indicators and maturity models. - Support internal audits and risk analyses. - Align ongoing projects with strategic priorities. - Optimize processes and budget allocation. **Required Skills** - Development and execution of cybersecurity strategy. - Governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. - Management of information security management system (ISMS). - Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIS2, GDPR, and related frameworks. - Experience with IAM, SOC/SIEM, and cloud security. - Strategic programme and project management. - Experience in public or regulated environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer. - Professional fluency in English and French; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
