Job Description: **Job title:** Business Analyst – Finance & Accounting (FS) **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams for a large-scale transformation within a global financial services group. Drive end‑to‑end solution delivery, translating business needs into functional & technical specifications, supporting design, testing, deployment, and change management. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality analysis and specifications for finance and accounting processes. - Ensure timely coordination of stakeholders and milestones across the project lifecycle. - Provide expert support throughout testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Analyze and map existing finance & accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities. 2. Contribute to the selection and implementation of an integrated end‑to‑end solution. 3. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. 4. Participate in design activities: scope definition, specification creation, and functional architecture development. 5. Coordinate stakeholders, monitor deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies. 6. Support testing, deployment, and change management initiatives. 7. Act as the central contact point throughout the project lifecycle. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent requirement analysis and documentation skills. - Proficiency in translating business needs into functional/technical specifications. - Effective stakeholder management and communication. - Project coordination experience, including tracking timelines and dependencies. - Fluency in French and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Business Economics, Management Sciences, or related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in finance, banking, insurance, or a related sector. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus but not mandatory.
