**Job Title:** Client Relationship Manager **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth and expand market presence in cosmetics regulatory services by managing and growing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and leading full commercial cycles. **Expectations:** - Actively prospect and convert leads, building a robust pipeline. - Negotiate and secure long‑term agreements, maximizing revenue. - Maintain high client satisfaction and retention. - Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to generate prospects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long‑term partnerships. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. - Own the commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. - Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross‑selling services. - Lead contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial, long‑term relationships. - Collaborate with internal regulatory experts to deliver tailored client solutions. - Represent the firm at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events. - Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality regulatory documentation and maintain effective communication. **Required Skills:** - Commercial instinct with proven ability to spot growth opportunities. - Comfortable engaging new prospects and confidently negotiating deals. - Strong relationship‑building and rapport‑cultivation skills. - Results‑focused, proactive, autonomous, and highly organized. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercially driven role, preferably B2B or regulatory. - Fluent spoken and written French and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
