Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Full‑stack software engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile solutions, with an emphasis on user experience, backend services, and database management. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code on schedule, collaborate with product and operations teams, adapt to rapidly changing requirements, and uphold coding standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end software solutions (frontend, backend, database). • Own new feature implementation from concept through deployment. • Collaborate closely with product and operations stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize work. • Integrate with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Docker containerization. • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: • 3–5 years professional software development experience. • Proficient in TypeScript, React/React‑Native, and Node.js. • Native mobile development experience (Kotlin/Java or Swift/Objective‑C). • Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and Docker. • Knowledge of functional programming concepts and object‑oriented design patterns. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
