Job Description
Job title: Inside Sales / Customer Experience Representative Role Summary: Responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts, driving repeat sales, and delivering high‑quality support via phone, email, and order processing. Acts as a business‑owner partner, identifying upsell opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Expectations: - Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and repeat‑business goals. - Maintain accurate order data and timely communication with customers. - Demonstrate a customer‑centric approach and professional phone presence. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (sales, graphics, inventory, finance). Key Responsibilities: - Qualify inbound/outbound leads, build sales pipeline, and follow up on outreach campaigns. - Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill requirements. - Provide product information, pricing, shipping ETA, and handle inquiries/complaints with resolution. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product line and service offerings. - Use Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) for daily communication, data tracking, and reporting. - Conduct regular customer check‑ins, uncover hidden needs, and promote one‑stop‑shop solutions. - Document all interactions and update CRM records in compliance with policies. Required Skills: - Proven inside‑sales experience with inbound/outbound calls and email outreach. - Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and generating repeat business. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; French a plus. - Strong interpersonal, active‑listening, and solutions‑focused mindset. - Highly organized, time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable. - Valid customer‑service or sales certification (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) is a plus.
