Job Description
**Job Title**: Sales Operations / Account Manager – MSP **Role Summary**: Acts as the primary advisor and operational partner for Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through tailored IT solutions and efficient account management. **Expectations**: Deliver high‑quality customer service, maintain accurate client data, meet renewal and upsell targets, collaborate cross‑functionally, and continuously develop technical and sales expertise. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build and nurture client relationships; anticipate needs and recommend IT solutions. - Conduct regular Technology Business Reviews, IT roadmaps, and budget planning. - Create accurate quotes for new products, services, and renewals; track and manage subscription renewals. - Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback and advocating for service improvements. - Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; recommend upgrades and additional services. - Maintain up‑to‑date client information in CRM; coordinate with accounting to ensure timely payments. - Resolve technical issues by collaborating with technical teams and ensuring service performance aligns with client expectations. **Required Skills**: - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong customer‑centric attitude with high emotional intelligence and empathy. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, services, and licensing. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Detail‑oriented, punctual and dependable. - Basic cybersecurity knowledge; familiarity with MSP/IT services. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 1 year experience with cybersecurity fundamentals. - CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred). - Sales/Account Management training or experience highly beneficial.
